Making It Through, Without Losing My Mind (and friends) Pt 2

HIT THE PAUSE BUTTON!  It is time to reflect on where we have come from and where we are at right now in order to make sense of the stress and anxiety in this pandemic.  Let’s be reminded of what life was like pre-pandemic and let’s itemize the changes since then.  I believe we will be surprised at how slowly we have been conditioned by culture, media and our own expectations.  There is hope.  Enjoy this two part series as we unpack pandemic stress and look at how to honestly navigate through this better.  My hope is you will become more compassionate towards yourself and others as a result.
