Today, here in Canada, we celebrate ‘Thanksgiving’.  May we learn how to ‘stop and ponder’ our life, give thanks for all we have.  May we give thanks for all the relationships that have brought us to the place we are right now.  May we ponder ‘gratitude’ one more moment more than we did last year.  May gratitude become the heartbeat of our soul.
