The Prodigal Father

The Prodigal Son story usually focuses on the bad and wayward behaviour of one of the sons, and then ends with the angry older brother having a fit outside the party.  However, the story has nothing to do with forgiveness, repentance or any other ‘guilt trip’ motive that has been spun into the story.  The parable is about the ‘Loving Father’, the ‘Prodigal Father’.  Tune in to find out what ‘prodigal’ means and why the father is really the point of the story.  Enjoy!
