Fourth Advent: Mary and Joseph each had to deal with ‘shame’. This is a human experience but it is not the ‘real thing’. Many of us live and react as a result of deep shame or embarrassment. We do anything and everything to avoid both. God does not ‘deal’ in shame or guilt…instead the Trinity’s real currency is Love and Grace! Enjoy!
