WHY and WHAT TO REMEMBER: While today we remember 9-11, it has caused me to look at how the Bible calls us to remember certain things for certain reasons!! This is a VERY encouraging message challenging us to remember a history of God’s faithfulness and how he identifies with our history and pain. We are not alone on our life journey, someone fully understands and walks with us through it all. Our focus is not on ourselves….at all! I wonder what our focus should be??
You may have heard God loves you, but did you know He LIKES you too. The message the ‘typical’ church sends to the world is that God is really ticked and his anger is building…well….that God doesn’t even EXIST!! And we wonder why people feel condemned by the message ‘the church’ seems to send.
